If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of further questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Collection and processing of data

You can subscribe to our newsletter via the form on our website www.ac.co.at. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration of consent that you agree with the subscription to the newsletter.
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button in the footer of each mailing or by sending your cancellation to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then delete your data, which you have sent us in connection with the newsletter dispatch as soon as possible and at the latest after one month.
On our website we inform you about vacancies in our team and you can send us your application by e-mail. We process your data to process your application, which means that your application will be viewed by the employees responsible for pre-selection. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and we will not use your data for any other purposes. Your application data will be stored by us. If we reject your application, we will only store the data for as long as necessary, for a maximum period of six months, unless you give us your consent that we may store the applicant data for longer in order to contact you after this period if necessary. The legal basis for the processing of your data is § 26 BDSG and Art. 88 DSGVO.
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
